General conditions of sales

These general terms and conditions govern the sale of Access Titles (hereinafter Tickets) to users of the service (hereinafter Participants), to access the structure of “Parco storico naturalistico cascata Forte Ampola”, through online registration to the site www.parcoforteampola.it.

Registration

Registration shall be deemed to have taken place when:

• the participant has filled in the participation form (www.parcoforteampola.it/tickets) with the relevant data and accepted the privacy policy and the sales conditions
• pressed on button “Pay”
• executed the transaction through the page dedicated to the insertion of payment data
• the payment transaction was successful

When the online subscription is successful you will receive a confirmation email.

Tickets

Registration tickets are automatically generated by the www.parcoforteampola.it website and sent by email to the participant. The participant has the obligation to keep the ticket and to scan it at the automatic doors of the structure and to show it at the request of the owners of the structure.

Waiver of the registration ticket

If the participant decides to renounce the Ticket previously purchased, there is no refund, neither of the price of the Access Securities nor of any additional fees. It is not possible, in fact, to exercise the right of withdrawal according to the Legislative Decree of 21 February 2014, n. 21, as stated in’art. 59 paragraph n.
